Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Your tracking number is normally emailed to you within 1–4 business days of placing your order. Some tracking numbers take a further 2–3 business days to show updates.
Delivery times
- Calming Donut Bed: ships from our US warehouse, about 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Cat Window Hammock: about 7–14 days.
- Reusable Pet Hair Remover Roller: about 7–14 days.
Our products ship from different warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You’ll get tracking for each one.
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally delays happen for reasons outside our control, such as carrier or customs delays and severe weather.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t change an order once it has been processed, and we’re not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
Lost parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipping, contact us for a full refund. See our Refunds & Returns page for details.
