These terms apply to your use of fitpethub.com and to any order you place with Fit Pet Hub (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Refunds & Returns and Privacy Policy.
1. Using our site
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate information and not to misuse the site, for example by trying to interfere with how it works.
2. Products and prices
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen. All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to US addresses. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time, but a price change won’t affect an order we’ve already accepted.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Your order is accepted when we process it for shipping. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, there’s a pricing error, or we suspect fraud.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your payment is taken when you place your order.
5. Shipping, cancellations and returns
Delivery times, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns page, which form part of these terms.
6. Using our products safely
Please follow the instructions that come with each product and supervise your pet when they first use it. For the window hammock, only attach it to clean, smooth glass, check the suction cups regularly, and stop using it if it shows signs of wear or loosening. Our products aren’t toys for children.
7. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics and our logo, belongs to Fit Pet Hub or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
